Brian lochrie

The President of Communications LAB (and the “L” in LAB), Brian Lochrie has been on the forefront of public affairs in Orange County since 2000.  Specializing in community outreach for water, power and roadway infrastructure projects, Brian understands how to develop strategic communications plans to target various audiences using a wide variety of media. 

Prior to public relations, Brian spent a decade in television news broadcasting and brings his expertise in video production and media relations to the Communications LAB team.  Brian and his partner in business and in life, Arianna Barrios (the “B” in LAB) lead a full-service public relations firm dedicated to communicating to the public in a transparent and engaging way.
